Plumbing the depths of my memory, I seem to recall a time way back when I was sitting in the Necro guild (we're going way back if I was playing a necromancer) and there was another player in my range in there with me. To make a long story short, he was able to attack me (multiple times) in the guild without me yelling anything. He said that he was exploiting a bug - something to do with making everyone else on the mud not interested in what I was saying or some nonsense. Any comments or ideas on this?
