information is completely wrong here.
Nepenthe did not run Golmagus's Lich Quest..
As far as Istendil helping Golmagus, gee,
maybe that's because Golmagus roleplayed the
interactions out with Istendil, and Istendil
judged him worthy? Oh, right, I forget,
these are Imms, and we all know Imms just
live to abuse their powers.

Regardless of what you think of Golmagus, like
his roleplay or hate it, he sure as hell didn't
cheat.

Lay the hell of the Imms, Scarabaeus, Nepenthe,
