Cool idea. A couple comments: the level 2 fog potion may be a bit to much for level 2 characters (though I assume it only works in one room, not an entire area like your post implies). need a skill that allows the alchemist to protect his potions - without the skill, potions are more likely to be damaged in combat or through carelessness (unless brewed in the magical flask). This would prevent non-alchemists from carrying around tons of alchemists potions. Potions like acid and explosive would be risky to carry around unless you were sure they would not break - and those same potions brewed in magical flasks would be useless, as when thrown, wouldn't break.
