Hilaene, from all I've seen/heard, as a leader, sucks the big one.
Aside from almost totally ignoring numerous applicants, she tends
to find better things to do than try and improve the Warders. She
also shows a tendency to bitch because someone wont stand up
against suicidal odds (4-1 or worse). When has Hilaene ever
had that success ratio before?

She should shut her yap and lead by example, not by the iron-boot.
