I think it is a pretty neat idea, especially the laboratory part, I would love to see some of these guys in empire kickin' some arse. Some of the skills/spells seem a little overpowered, maybe give them to them at higher ranks or something like that but all in all, anything that might be overpowered can be tweaked and tested.
