> Skill descriptions:

> Escape: Used to having to running from offended tyrants and angry queens, most jesters are fairly adept at fleeing combat. This skill allows the jester an improved chance at fleeing, and will cause him to automatically hide after he flees (regardless of terrain). Escape is an automatic skill that overrides normal fleeing (flee is still the command used to retreat). This skill may also allow the ability to bypass normal roadblocks if no avenue for escape is available (centurions, cabal or guild guards.. and so on).

> Tumble: This skill allows the jester to roll around causing the blows of each of his opponents to swing wildly once during the next round of combat. There is a chance that these wild blows will strike someone else in the room. (Like an area affect feint that can cause a confused blow)

> Clonk: While using a mace or a staff, the jester is able to strike his foe on the head causing minor damage and irritation. Repeated clonking can result in severe damage. Each successful clonk will give a -1 int/wis affect and add 2 hours onto the affect duration (like stacking poisons). For each clonk on a victim who’s into or wis is below 12, there is a chance of driving him into a frenzy (-10 to hit/+10 to damage, attacks everyone he comes in contact with).

> Poke: Similar to clonk, poke is an irritating attack that can be used with the sword or dagger. It does minor damage and stacks -1 dex/wis affects on the target with each poke. Continued poking may start bleeding in the victim.

> Crack: Cracks the jesters whip at his foe’s face. The first hit will blind the foe in one eye (-5 to hit), the second hit will blind him in the second eye (-10 to hit, 3 hrs blindness). Additional crackings of the jesters whip will do minor damage and may (2% of the time) cause one of the straps on his victims armor to be loosened and fall off (making his armor fall to the floor).

> Fleetness: This skill allows the jester a chance at avoiding special attacks (throws, kicks, pugils and weapon spec moves), causing the attacker to miss his skill badly enough to stun himself.

> Cowardice: This skill allows the jester to flee before even getting attacked. Each time someone enters the room, the jester will flee while this affect is working. Summoning, gating, tessing, walking into the room, will all cause the jester to go somewhere else. The affect only lasts 2 hours each use. There is a chance the jester will also flee before an attack is initiated (if he flees into an aggressive mob or angry player).

> Quickness: (needs a better name) This skill is an improved version of dodge. It works with the effectiveness of spin/distance, but is dex based and does not require a weapon to use.

> Song descriptions:

> “Morgress the Ogress”: This song causes those who listen to laugh at the antics of Morgress the Ogress who is an ugly old troll who always gets everything wrong. (All who hear gain -10hit/dam, and are lagged from laughing so hard)

> “Morgress the Ogress was a shriveled old shrew”
> “She was the ugliest woman that anyone knew”
> “She’d hang her cloths out at night”
> “And when birds caught their sight”
> “They would drop dead of fright”
> “And Morgress would turn them to stew!”

> “Death of a big cow”: This song (is that what you call it?) causes those hearing it to lose concentration and have a hard time focusing. This song will give a 0 hr affect, and additional renditions will add 1-2 hrs each to the affects. Communing and spell casting are impossible while under these affects.

> “MOOOOO!!!.. mooo!!!”
> “Eaaaaakkkk!!! MOOOOO!!!”
> “*panting noises* Eiiiaaaxxx!!”
> “MOOOO!!! RAAauuuugghhh”

> “Ugly Duckling”: This song causes everyone who’s affected by it to be aggressive towards the jester for it’s duration. They will all focus their attacks on the jester, and attack him on sight (switching to hit him whenever he enters the room if already fighting). Lower charisma helps with this song.

> “I know your mother must be sad”
> “To have a child who looks so bad”
> “You turned out so dumb”
> “She’s turned to the rum”
> “And your face has driven her mad!”

> “Billy the Bully”: This song taunts those who are fighting the jester to fight with him unarmed. Singing of this song causes the jester to remove his weapon, and has a chance of causing all those fighting him to remove theirs as well.

> “Billy the bully thought he was tough”
> “Just ‘cause he had a sword, he acted all rough”
> “But weapons are for worthless pukes.”
> “So drop your sword, and put up your dukes!”
