It is certainly an option to spoof the ports using some sort of encapsulation technique - Keep in mind, however, that the firewall is there for a reason, and is considered a corporate security system. In any real company, an employee deliberately attempting to circumvent one of the primary security systems would face, at the LEAST, immediate termination. At worst, a visit from corporate lawyers and prosecution.
I have found that the best way to MUD from work is to get a dial-up internet account, a phone line, and a modem on your PC. It is not as fast as a corporate T1, but it is a hell of a lot safer.
