I would think it would be cool to see arbiters broken up into groups like the ragers were, such as Investigators and Enforcers, Enforcers could have maybe a beefed up guard, a track/query skill or something, and the investigators couldhave this type of pherensic skill..so if an investigator isnt on you need to do it the old fasioned way. Make people choose bewettn having some tough guards and easier job.
