Try about 85-90 to start with. Giants are easy to roll good stats. I'd suggest 85, then bump it up if you get a lot of those, to 86, and so forth. Shouldn't take you more than 1000 rolls for a giant. Usually you'll get the good rolls, I've seen as early as the 6th one, 50-200
