Well Orcus seems perfectly happy having it now.
Remath had it for some time, though he shifted to axes and the wand crumbled and returned to Orcus. The problem often is that it can't be used by drow's, so the people who are really interested in it, can't use it.
It's a very nice healer weapon with all the special things it can do. And relatively easy to get.
