I think that the practicing is better in
spurts of time. They come and go while you
rank. I've had a dark elf who learned 1 thing
better in 30 rounds of combat, and a fire
giant who learned 8 things better in 10 rounds.

I think when you die or log on, this spurt
starts. It ends after awhile, and there is a
dead period. Then it repeats.

This also could do with the amount of people
on CF. It seems I practice better with less
people...might have something to do with the
CF machine. *shrug*
