(even if you aren't wanted). Stern guard doesn't attack
people though. At least it was so a year ago when I
played my arbiter.
As for entropy, every time you move in that cabal,
you have a chance to catch conjuse. So, if you catch it
right when you enter it (it's possible), you can attack
the insane man (not he attacks you, you do). It's pretty
annoying if you die there, come for your things and
attack him while ghosted. You know what happens then.
are just some cabal specific things that may make you think so.
