What are you on? You try taking on 4 ragers at the destructor with wands. I admit it would be a little easier for a master to kill them or get away but even at the Omegus that is too many ragers. Their are plenty of ways to lag a mage to death without lash. And without that damage reduction every mage would be dead faster then they could get a spell off.
