The Paladin, no matter his religion, win his battles with honor and virtue. He will not sink low as to kill people dishonorably. (ie, unlawfully) In any case, AP's and Necro's are probably the two classes that can do the most damage while naked (at higher ranks) - assuming that first sleep spell gets through. And, since when is killing someone illegaly dishonorable? If I attack and kill a group of 3 in town that is rampaging around, have I acted "dishonorably"? Or have I acted as I should, and removed a threat to the peace of everyone else.
I don't agree here - Read help on Shokai sometime - No mercy is to be given EVER. The virtue comes from removing a threat to the rest of the populace - why should I treat filth with anything resembling respect?
You have a person who has killed literally hundreds of orphans, merchants, brownies. I'm supposed to let all that pass because he's not wearing a shirt? Please.....
