Alignment is not an allegiance in the way cabal is an allegiance. Alignment is a life-defining path a character won't think of
nearly as flexibly as those things Shokai refers to, IMHO. A character can imagine not being in the cabal of their choice, but
probably can't imagine not following their alignment.

That being said, there is *some* flexibility in LG. At least in comparison with LN. But you wouldn't ignore the law, just perhaps
interpret it a bit more differently.
