Hvitlok was wanted all through his lichdom lifetime. The two times I did die, I got a flag before I unghosted. Being a lich with a flag is not difficult seeing there are ways a lich can remove manacles. *cough* And it is easy enough to get away even when manacled if you have some amount of intelligence, which I am guessing ZOrszaul has, but I could be wrong.
