It's a bug, but drinking water after your drunk sucks, even though it should fix you right up for thirst. Like after downing a beer you get thirsty and drink the water supply of California... You are dying of THIRST! Sure, beer is a dieredic (sp?) but like you could die from it! Extra, Extra thousands of drunks die from lack of water, reportedly the water made them more drunk (fix already!) and they died.
