I do not believe Raisa is from the U.S. so her playing times might be a bit obscure. I find it hard to believe that she is never about because I have seen people like Agnhaar and Starlan who both where her tattoo. Perfecting a few things probably wouldn't hurt (assuming you haven't already)and just have patience. Nobody forced you to choose a class which requires empowerment...so you have to deal with the incovience of it because YOU chose it.
