About cf dying...I think there's more to it. A lot of old players have quit or just been complaining a lot about how it used to be a lot more fun. You could halve the quality of cf and it would still be the best mud out there by far and keep attracting a consistant playerbase. Still, I remember a time when you could log in and there would be at least a 50% chance the cabals would currently be somewhat evenly represented, not a 2% chance. This among other things have seemed to cause cf to go a little downhill. Oh well, maybe i'm just bitter... > The purpose of this response is to provide a serious, respectful answer to your post. > > I would hate to see what was such an enjoyable Mud die for the following reasons, as it seems to be doing. > I fail to see that CF is "dying". The player base has remained fairly constant in numbers, waxing and waning with college/holiday schedules and with this and that site ban or ban-lift. Players come and go; what makes you think the game is dying?
