I considered this.

1) They go on to mention Troupe as a sub-cabal.

2) Maybe they intentionally omitted the Cult of the Ruby Scarab (sounds ominous, and there's no way to encapsulate what they really are or do the way the list they give does).

3) Dawn and Knights have *never* coexisted. It can't be just an old ad.
