I cannot site specific instances, partly because I'm not endowed with the skills of Immortal-hood: snoop and wizinvis :), but also because I haven't been playing much in the last couple of months, but from what I can gather from people I talk to and more importantly from Scarabaeus' post further up this thread, that Yagar/Palan/Tamuara definitely crossed some sort of line.

But also, I would not do nothing until some threshold is reached and then just deny all their characters. A stern warning once in awhile, would be preferable.

An Immortal tells you 'If you two don't stop grouping together and killing everything in sight, you WILL be deleted'.

That should make even Arolin think about whether he perhaps wasn't travelling a bit too much with same-site players.

A line cannot be drawn explicitly, I don't think. Personally I'd never have raised three DIKUs to positions of power in Empire back then.

No. Ranking, exploring and sometimes even killing, should be allowed with people from your site Imho, but repeatedly and solely grouping with same-site players is wrong.

But it's hard to define a line.
