First of all, it is not a quest. It is not a quest till the lichmaker talks to him. He was just asking how do I contact the lichmaker since he cannot just walk there and start talking to him. Basicly, it is sorta like an empowerment question. How do I contact an immortal. Pray at the shrine (in this case church) or write a note to the immortal that handles quests now....whoever that is. I waited onver 100 hours to get my lichquest, by that time I lost all interest in the character. Sad thing was, it was an easy quest. Two items were in the same place.
