Cleary option 3. You mention in a serperate post that you are leaning towards option 1. Take 3. One of the major advantages with an assassin, is the abilty to take dex away from your opponent. Why would you allow yourself to loose two dex? The additional 3 damage wouldn't even make a difference at your current rank and damage modifier.

With option 3, you get the most hit points, the best AC, and you suffer no dex loss... 3 is clearly the choice to make.
