All this is nice, but one thing should be added: gangbanging is fine, EXCEPT when a gang logs in from the same site to lay waste to whoever they can, whether its for IC reasons or not. Same site people share the advantage of out-of-game communications ("Hey, Ralph, I found him in the Underdark! Come quick!") as well as having (virtually) no fear of being betrayed by their group. Get a group of 20 Empire folks together all from different sites and go pillage and plunder? Fine. Get four friends in a lab somewhere doing it, and they're in for trouble.
