Yeah Immortality I liked. It came off at first like another reading of "The Diotima" from Plato's Symposium. As for "Identity" (which is not my favorite of the Kundera novels) It has the potential to help when thinking about how your character changes to different situations or events in his life. With that, check out his short story "The Hitchiking Game" if you haven't yet..it's entertaining at the least. And I'm looking forward to that forum. :P
But the turns that Kundera takes, are much better, than the straight forward questing for immortality that Socrates suggests.
