A Maran destroys evil whenever they can. They don't form alliances with them. This isn't an alliance. It's a matter of control. You could have disagreed without the insults. It really weakens your entire argument. his servitors. The conjuror has the ability to use and banish the being. Grouping with a necromancer
to destroy the empire is something entirely different. It may be the ultimate hippocracy, but it
is also the ultimate irony. Evil used to destroy itself. In the end, when the darkness is banished,

servitors. However, it would probably take someone more eloquent than I to pull it off. Though, I've
thought about trying.
> They don't allow them to exist by creating a use for them. Evil is evil. Marans kill evil. It is that simple. The ends do not justify the means. Did you ever read that old Krow(sp?) quote that was on Glimo's forums? The gist of it was 'the hardest thing in life(as a paladin) was to fight evil without becoming evil.
> You used the nightgaunts because they were convenient and you didn't want to have to adjust your strategy. I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same one you've been using for your previous conjies. You can be pretty sure that using nightgaunts IS why you didn't receive any immortal attention. The fact that you don't see anything wrong with using them is weak and bs.
> It would have been better if you had sat there and conjured a devil, demon and nightgaunt every chance you could just to kill them. As you did it, you deserved what you got, nothing. Every time I think of Lewantes I am going to laugh. And if you go on acting like you didn't screw this char over by doing it, I am going to laugh every time you post on these forums.
Is everyone supposed to conform to what *YOUR* idea of a Maran should be? Last time I checked you weren't Shokai. I'll agree that the
use of a nightgaunt is questionable, I think you can justify it.
demon summon. It's a matter of control not an alliance.
