I got attacked once by two sylvan rangers that trapped me and did chain lightning I think twice each (after I got ambushed twice), then I died.

Then another time I got ambushed twice by two rangers in a wall of thorns.

And for the gold,
got ambushed by THREE rangers in the dwarf forest, each once, killing me.
