Nightmare (almost the same as what you suggest) was a shadow power in the old days, and I am pretty sure it still is in the game in some form of another... So maybe you will get bad dreams some day, when you expect it the least :P
I seriously doubt necros will get it though... I believe the immortals keep it in store for special chars/occassions.
