> Well my friends, it seems my time has come. Recently I was hired on to a very nice and successful fine dining restaurant. Started as a server, got promoted to middle management, and just now, promoted to front of the house manager (ie- 2nd in command.) I'm making a lot of $$$ *grin* and doing something I love, so that's good. Unfortunately, success does have its price, and a 50 hour work week + a wife really leaves little time for other ventures. I've gone 1.5 weeks so far from our merry little mud, and I guess that's a kind of sign. And so I say my farwells.

> I've been poking around the mud now for three years, and have had a marvelous time. Been in some interesting situations, and best of all, met some terrific people. As tradition dictates..

> Characters I've played.

> [51 storm war][Knights] Charolynus the Knight Hero, Marshal Knight of Thera (sword/polearm spec)

> All it took was charolynus to meet a few good people (Unok, Ursak, Lorasae, Jaehaerys, Christina, Viviane, Arkand, Barachau, Larielar and others) and I as a player was hooked. I loved the knight cabal, didn't mind that I got pk'ed 16 times a day. Charolynus however was one of the reasons why Knights don't exist today, and its always made me feel a bit guilty. He was sphere honor, and I as a player was nowhere near enough to play that properly.

> [51 Storm War][TROUPE] Vella Ar'Tzar, the Eye of the Storm (axe/hand)

> Strange really, I rolled up vella just to see what diffrence weapon specicalties make. I still don't know but I guess I really liked the thought of this huge blue guy weilding two big axes. Just a fun thought, anyhoo... Vella was the storm patriot, and known through the land as the annoying giant that speaks stormish :0P However his friends used to speak stormish back to him, so it must've been slightly interesting. I learned alot with vella, had a great time, met some mentionables (Ansellius, Laellanna, Simeon, Aruathan, Syranne, Arkebelias, Neria, Graddar, there's so many I can barely name them all, sorry) I discovered with vella my love for troupe and the inn and all its tiny facets and was slightly involved in a few cool quests. He was fun, period, lived for 680 hours and died of old age while chatting with friends at the temple in galadon.

> [34 Half Thie][None] Tinnerrah (can't rembember the title name and I'm too lazy to look it up.)

> I've always liked thieves, and really, if you haven't played one try. They're one of the most interesting classes in cf I think. And the rush of running through the streets stealing is barely discribable. She was a fun loving, passionate, sneaky temptress and alot of fun to boot. But ultamately I got tired of her and she went the way of the dodo. Had some interesting interventions with some great people (Aurellia, Graddar, L...L..(ugh, can't remember his name, I'm awful, arial thief, evil, was tinnerah's boyfriend) Had a sort of bizzare love triangle between him and Graddar. To Graddar, sorry bro.

> [46 Elf Tran] [Dawn] Meilor the (whatchamicallic)

> Meilor was fun, I played him like C3P0 on acid. I was completely silly and nonsensical for the most part. However, I'm probably the worst mage player of all time :P and so he got a little dull and slipped away aswell.

> [50 Elf Hea] [Sylvan] Cianna the Holy Mother

> She too was fun for a while, met some cool people did some sylvan things like wander around wondering if there was any way to get the sapling back, protect the forests and avoid getting squished by the 7 Imperials and 8 Masters that played at the same time. Had some pals in Battle that'd help me out from time to time. After trying hard and being the underdog for quite a time I was feeling a bit down about her, so when Hillanae came about and started ranting and spazing out as she did, I hit delete x2 and never really looked back.

> [51 Elf Bard] [Troupe]Tathlyn Ceredente, the Eternal, black-fingered, minstrel of mirth, Master of Ceremonies of the Eternal Star

> The big one, probably the best I could ever do as a character. In a word success. I got lucky a few times, and was in the right place at the right time, complained to the right people :P and did show a drive and passion to learn. I joined troupe and started writing songs for all the land (see the lyceum if you will) Met just about everyone in thera at the time. Was gifted with Poetry's Tattoo, a kick ass special Tathlyn only harp, a nifty title and later immortality. I was also gifted with the company of supurb roleplayers and some interesting imms. Tathlyn had alot of friends and very few enemies and I liked that. Lady Poetry had her riddle quests in full tilt then and I learned the lay of the land quickly, discovered aspects of the mud I never thought existed and was delightfully suprized. When playing Tathlyn I'd get the shakes while my computer was connecting to the internet, that's how excited I was. He was probably the most fun and the toughest character I've ever played. As an imm I think I would've done a decent job, but... There's a certain flair for quality that carrion fields demands, and obtains, and though I can write descriptions rather well, and an quite personable, I really lack the substance. Fluff will only get you so far. Sadly I stepped down from the duty, I knew that I couldn't keep up. If an imm is reading this, please take that as a high compliment, especially you Pico.

> and Last but not least,

> [51 elf tran] [Dawn] Teosurandyan the Hero of Alteration, Servant of the Dawn.

> Friends in cf are the most powerful resource a character can have. If not for Solian, Feiriel, Shadisdros, Rualamu, and a few others, I'd never have gotten to hero. This time around I did a bit better as a Transmuter, still barely average as a mage though. I had some fun times, and grand aventures, and with him I call it quits.

> *****************************************************

> And there's my uneccissarily long list of cf characters I've enjoyed in the past while. I'm not sure if I can ever dedicate the time to the mud, that I did to those up there, and thus, If I ever do return it'll be in a much smaller capacity I'm sure. I never did get a chance to play Arbiters, Master, Battle or Scarab, but there's probably a reason to that.

> Special thanks to..

> Lorrasae, Celebeleni aka Tharena... It's really funny how we know eachother IRL, we don't plan our characters together, but always seem to bump into one another somehow. You have always been my greatests supporter, and best friend, and I owe 90% of my mudding experiences to you. You're one of the most capable players around, and I'll really miss mudding at your side.

> Jaehaerys,Simeon you taught me to play, I missed you in the past year or so, wish we could've run around together a couple more times.

> Ursak,Aruathan, Aol, (and Qin too I'd bet) another funny coincidence, we always seemed to bump into eachother too. You were always a great friend, always seemed to disapear and pop up again later. We were like kids growing up in Cf and every time you'd take off you were missed. You're also probably the most under rated player in the mud.

> Laelanna, Melissandra, Talia You're heads swollen enough with all the flattery from your elf necro lady :P You really are one of the very best though, and I missed you alot too, even though you confuse the dickens outta me. Good luck with everything, drop me a line some time, tell John not to sell his desk, if its not too late.

> Jarindyl, Saldorin You taught me how to take a step back and look at the mud in a diffrent light, and really did improve how I played. Thanks for that bro.

> Jacynth you were just plain fun to be around.

> Graddar, I knew you with 4 diffrent characters, loved you with each one, you too are a highly underated character.

> Stellyx, Amaranthe, Poetry, Uller, Scarabaeus, Pico
> I gained much by playing with you all. Stellyx always showed support and intrest and kept me motivated. Amaranthe, you're probably the nicest and most real person I've met, wish I could've known you better, Poetry you're super smart, keep intrest in troupe though and grant some divine intervention from time to time, we'll soar because of it. Uller you're a godsend to any hero imm and you know it. Scarabaeus thanks for the "here's an area we need built card" sorry I trumped on that ace. Pico, thank you for your rigid dedication to quality, and your patience. Keep it up.

> ***next disclaimer***
> Yes I probably forgot to mention you. I'm really sorry, I don't mean any harm by it. I was always privleged to know you and if we hung out and rp-ed together, there was good reason for it.

> Well friends, that's about all, thanks for the good times the great memmories, and good luck to all of you in the future...this is Captain Sean signing off...

> Blessed be,
> As always,
> Just Sean this time

> (stealing Shokai's idea now :oP)

> "Show me, Show me, Show me, How you do that trick
> the one that makes me scream she said,
> the one that makes me love she said,
> as she threw her arms around my neck
> Show me how you do it,
> and I promise you, I promise that
> I'll run away with you,
> I'll run away with you.
