> Now if you're trying to decieve an immortal with faith...ie: praying to Shokai trying to infiltrate the Maran while really serving Jullias. Well, you're probably shit out of luck, since as opposed to dealing with a broad group of people that the immortal loosly guides (a cabal), you're dealing with the very meat and faith of an immortal (the religion)...and while I tend to view us much like the Greek Pantehon, the immortals IC in CF would probably be able to see any attempted deciet.

What interests me most of all in this case. How did you
found out Cothurak wasn't sincere?
a) Jullias told you.
In this case I don't understand Jullias. Personally,
(keep in mind I am not an immortal) I would be pleased
with the scenario (considering it was well-executed)
and give it a shot.
b) You somehow was keeping an eye on his notes or what not.
Then I don't understand you. I mean do you watch every
character that seeks redemption (I'm sure there are
plenty) THAT close? Is it really enjoying? Personally
(well I am always speaking about myself) I'd be either
too lazy or if I'd got an idea on what can happen I'd
even let him have some free action to see what will
come out (i.e. Cothurak's case). I could even empower
him as a priest of Light and see what'll he do.. Damn!
Don't you feel interested in what could happen?

I can go and go on but in fact what forced me to write
this is that I was strongly disappointed when I read
Cothurak's post to the end. I just feel it could be
quite some fun.

Oh, and well done Cothurak!
