Alright, fist off, there are ways to be more tastefully graphic, and still get the "shocking and disturbing effect" you're looking for. You really shouldn't use the word "ass" first of all, and the cut on the inside of the uncle's anus is really unnecessary and too much, as well as the other parts that involve bleeding from various orifices.

Just take a look at what you've written and ask yourself "This is disgusting, disturbing and shocking, yes, but is it still tasteful?"
