You notice a terrible smell as a fat little
man enters the room. Just the sight of him
makes you nauseous. Various bugs and other
small vermin have found their home on his
diseased body. What part of his grease
coated skin you can see glistens in the
sun. From looking at his armpits and neck,
it appears that his skin was once a shade
of sea green, though it has changed to more
of a dirt brown with all the filth which has
been ground into it. His hair is nearly the
same color as his skin save where it has
just left his scalp, it is neon orange. His
face is horribly deformed; Scars and
pockmarks coat it, puss occasionally
leaking from one of his larger warts. He is
about 4 feet tall and nearly that wide, his
heartiness coming at some price.
