I would grnat that there is one thing wrong with swarm: that it can be called in urban enviroments. I presonally don't do this because it's just a bit off. Heck maybe it's been changed. As to the rest the reasoning is as follows: The vast majority of warders are rangers. Rangers have little means to get an opponent to stay put. In other words, lagging attacks are not the domain of the ranger. Swarm, with wall of thorns, evens this out a bit. Swarm forces you to go on foot and wall is the lagging attack as it were.
