I watch Lady Hawk with judicious use of the mute button. Ugh. And hey, I'll add some fantasy-ish movies:
-Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead
-Ever After and most of the disney animated fairy tales. My love of fairy tales and cheesy romance, of course. :-)
-The Princess Bride - cheesy romance again plus fight scenes and some great quotes.
-Anything by Monty Python, but especially Monty Python and the Holy Grail. For any poor souls who have not seen this, the coconuts in the game reference it...
-Watership Down
-I have to agree with most of the rest of Shokai's plus the Last Unicorn.

Finally, not much fantasy or mud-qualities, but Harold and Maude is my favorite movie of all time.
