R.I.P. (for anyone who might care -- warning: this turned out long (and boring)):

As I'm having some free time at work, I suppose I could write a little something here as well, besides the short IC note. This char sure lasted a long time, I think I rolled it before the Knights were disbanded, and at first thought to make it mainly an exploring character. Uncaballed life was too boring, though, so as Dawn came about and fitted the role well I immediately started seeking entry somewhere around 25th rank. Then the induction process took literally months, since I almost never saw Saerin logged on at the same time, and then when I did see him he always seemed busy with something else (the most I got out of him was that he'd give me a quest to complete, but even after reminding him he never did. Maybe my introduction note wasn't up to his standards or something, heck he probably just had more worthy applicants to speak to :-P). Anyway when the multiple Apostles policy was introduced the induction process started going more smoothly and Melissandra finally inducted me at rank 35.

Shortly after the assassin changes went in, and well nothing like starting to work on your wheel kick at rank 35, not to mention all the other new skills they got (at first you had to _perfect_ the kicks too before learning the next one, luckily that was changed to 91% later -- I think I was on
scissor kick at heroing *chuckle*). Anyhow I'm not one to delete chars lightly, and at some point more or less decided I was going to let Az live till age-death.

I'd just like to commend the imms on the assassin revamp, it made the class really cool and coherent. I can see why it's so popular, as an assassin can see most people and hide from even more if need be, and they have a lot of different skills to use in combat, which make for interesting tactical considerations. Really a very versatile class and fun to play.

Anyway, my rambling OOC is even more deathfully boring than IC. :-P So, in
short this was my second Hero on CF, I learned a lot with it and had lots of
fun, even with Az's thoroughly unremarkable role. Thanks to all who took time to interact with him. I'll never be an outstanding roleplayer, but I try my best and stay IC all the time (which is kind of hard when "someone tells you ooc do you know what's wrong with Dio's forum?" :-P), also it can't be said enough that RP builds on itself, when others RP around you it generally raises the RP around them. Oh, one more thing about the name: it was kind of
funny (and aggravating at the same time) to see all the variants of the name Azerak pop in every now and then, Azhrak, Azarak etc. Sure some of them might have been coincidence, but oh well. I myself must have liked the name at the start, since I picked it *cough*, but later I found it too similar to that darned armor spell. *blink*

I wasn't going to mention any names here, as I'm bound to forget some (apologies beforehand), but what the heck:

DAWN: Lots of great folk there.. hm, let's see the old guard; Melissandra, Talmon, Grylon, Talia, Shadasias, Eryndorial, Crakyun + Randpilk (in the end I did not get to know most of you too well, as most of that time I was catching up on all those darned kicks somewhere). Then more recent,
hmm... Daerinsen, Raztibelt, Salipek, Musahd, Arasow, Eadric, Iracundur, Nivek, Vironas, Shalandria, Ceorkhan, Chaldaie. What can I say, it was a blast hanging out with you.

TROUPE: I could say all the troupers I ever met were simply great. I knew Tathlyn and Celebeleni for a while, Graddar I think is the most hilarious character I've ever seen (watching this guy's antics had me laughing out loud at the keyboard, unable to type anything... "Sir Robin the Brave" was probably my favourite *cackle*); Astillian, Proserpina great fun exploring with you, Cerleis good job too.

Svyatopolk, Saldarito hmm... had only little interaction with imperials, but had brief chats with Quinthen and some imperial thief whose name escapes me at the moment (well done both). Not much interaction with master/scarab/arbiter/entropy/battle... umm, time to stop this overly lengthy ramble. If anyone read this far you must utterly bored by now. :-P

See you all in another incarnation perhaps. (As I have enough character ideas in mind to keep me going for YEARS at this rate. *dismay*)
