The "practice requirement" is not a new thing that Simka pulled out of his asscrack just yesterday. There have been Warmasters before him that wanted their sectmembers to be perfectionists and there will be future Warmasters that want the same thing.

Face it. The present and future of Empire does not entail being a "newbie cabal" nor should it have ever been. It is becoming more and more like the other cabals, having strict requirements with immortals that are prepared to make sure that those requirements are met. If you can't deal with it, don't join.
