Nivek spelt backwards is Kevin, not very origonal but very well thought of, Nivek sounds like an Illianer name to me.
My name Brad is Darb backwards, wouldnt that make the perfect Aiel name? Hey that gives me an idea.
The limit I have seen in names have been popular names in books like:

Perrin,Mat,Rand (Dragon Reborn in Wheel of Time)
Galadrium, Frodo, Bilbo (Lord of the Rings)
and Malaki (Book of Thieves)

So tell me Nivek is a very good name is it not? Better then all those Rand and Frodo wannabies!
