I think the main problem was that Dhaevor was exremely different than Nesam.
Nesam was a better leader imho
Many chars were inducted under Nesam and therefore didnt care for Dhaevor... I definetly didnt. But as another rager rolled later he was ok.
If I had been aware of everything that happened on the day I would have split the village too (i almost did anyway, but got depressed under the leadership and deleted later)
