Not a flame, but I suppose this is how a really evil person would see what I do. An evil guys feels no compulsion to conserve and defend his younger followers, while I feel it's the DUTY of a leader to NEVER ask sacrifice of someone else unless it is absolutely necessary.

But please, tone it down a little next time, ok?
