Keep in mind, he's Chaotic. But in the swirl of this chaos he has found some set morals... and especially that's reinforced by the second entry, after 'maturity.' Where he has found some direction and sort of focuses his goals slightly. While he gives no consideration to people he doesn't know, that doesn't mean he doesn't respect certain people already.. for example, his brother and sister Anti-Paladins. It's sort of like in blood family relations. If you knew your cousin needed a job, and you were in a position to help him out, wouldn't you, even if you hadn't spoken to him in months? Maybe that's a bad example, but the same principle holds true. When you're born, you start with a family that you would do certain things for. You're sort of right in the way you said I was setting up the role. I wasn't setting it up to just make it that I could randomly PK, it was being set up that I could randomly do anything I wanted to with the justification behind it. I don't look at it as he being a Mr. Rogers-helpful-smiling guy, who wants to be a mother duck, helping the wee anti-paladins... I sort of think of it as a big brother, knocking out the bully that's bothering you at school... or, teaching you how to fight... or, going out and buying you brass knuckles to use. (i.e. nightmare blades.) :-) *grin* -Jaehiko. P.S. Thanks for your feedback.. I'm not the greatest of writers so I appreciate the general response. > "The only ones I will not attack are those that I have become close with... anyone else I give no consideration." > and > "All that which he can take of value will be returned and placed into the Anti-Paladin guild of Galadon, so that his younger breathren may rise quicker through the ranks of the guild." > To be honest, I don't get it. In some parts of the role, he's a heartless bastard who will do what he pleases. In others, he's some sort of Mr. Rogers-helpful-smiling guy, who wants to be a mother duck, helping the wee anti-paladins. > It sounds to me like you're trying to create a role appropriate for random PKing, but have the benefits of a paladin or Dawnie as well. I never understood the whole Legion idea, I guess.
