Sladin, Shimae has a point, and a right to be upset at the dawnies exploitation of a bug. Look at the forum, and you'll see a string by two dawnie healers about an Imperial exploiting a bug on "deny summoning". Did the imperial know he was abusing a bug? Sure. Did he do it anyway? Sure. Did the other imperials that watched him do it take advantage of the dawnie victims? Sure. Is Shimae whining any more than the dawnies were? No. Shimae, however, should also understand that when people come across bugs in their favor, they don't see "a bug", they see a "cool new trick they can use." For example, when Aristaeia first came in (and you could commune it on others) I remember a shadow shaman abusing the hell out of it the same way the imperial conjurer is abusing deny summoning. That's human nature. You interpret things in a way that benefits you. Shimae should understand it, I think (and if he was there when the imperial conjurer abused the bug , I'd be amazed if he made sure all the victim's gear was returned).
