I usually skip kick, lore, haggle, know alignment, pugil, and a few others.

Sometimes I practice kick for thieves, but that's the only class I do so for.

Haggle and lore are pointless really, gold means nothing and I don't much care what stats an item has cause I can always go to the lists or ask a friend to id it for me. That and lore SUCKS.

Know alignment is just pointless really, unless you're playing a class that doesn't have detect evil/detect good, even then though it's a toss up whether it's worth the pracs or not.

Pugil is iffy. Some people like it, me, I'd rather use my combat time on something else, like entangle if I'm playing a ranger and so forth.

I don't usually practice heal my heart or piercing sweet music for bards because life to the dying is a lot better and psm isn't worth 2 pracs imho.

That's all I can think of now, except for the obvious ones. Sometimes I only put one prac into a lot of things. Dark vision for example I used to only practice once no matter what race I was. Now that ghosts have infravision(even though it doesn't work right for some reason) it's even more useless.
