I look at it this way. It's more of an IC point of view.
In terms of getting someone to "lead" us, I look toward
the avatar (Khiravn) as the guide to the faith.. the "leader" if
you will.

In terms of us getting organized and working together.
I think it is happening more and more if not quite a bit
already.
