All IMMs about the 53rd rank will see exactly what you type after Pray. However, if you begin it with a name, and that Imm is not online, then it is possible the others won't reply.. simply because you did not direct it to them. Only put in a specific name if you NEED that Imm to see the message, and if its okay if the others don't. If you have a general qualm, leave out the name so that anyone able will deal with you.
