Every newbie that wants something immediatly starts begging for something. The life of a Servant is hardly easy, and their powers they recieve do not provide a great deal of protection or distruction. They mainly are for helping others. So in the simplest terms they can help others without the pain of fighting a war. Thus the reason they have no item.
