One of the nicer points of being a non-lawful bard is that a lot of your songs (sleep, anything you do while sleeping, Mr. Fiend, etc.) don't produce a yell. I could have gotten away with a lot more crime, but Ingvar wasn't big into lying. In an Arbiter asked me if I killed Arvaxus in town, I would have said "Yes. And I'd do it again.". That being said, an Entropy Bard would probably do quite well.
(More recent story: I tried to sleep Nicolette in TV in front of a witness, hoping to get her to did something. (Which she did. *smirk* The joy of messing with Paladins.) One of several Arbiters who was on accused me of attacking Svyatopolk in town. I said "You are misled. This is not true.", and then I was flagged without further conversation. Gotta love the Temple's reputation. =))

I always was curious but since you murdered me in galadon and when I reappeaered at that pit to get my stuff there was a certain arbiter there.. did you pay him off somehow or was the arbiter just lacking?
