It's been explained a million times why dwarves can't be paladins, though I can't agree with the reasoning, but why can't arials be paladins?

They're a fairly civil society, relatively law-abiding, fairly prim and proper, aren't known for a bad temper(usually the anti-dwarf stance's argument)...so...
