According to my notes, I did about 35-40 interviews. Interviews with Ingvar usually went from 45-90 minutes, depending on how interesting you were, and how much I felt you were open to guidance.
Add up the time. If I asked everyone the same questions, you would have seen:
Ingvar says: 'lbfgnthenjpethjpnnwb'
...shortly after my sleeping head hit the keyboard. I had enough questions to mix up the interview a bit, but not an infinite bag.
Solution: Given the Scarab philosophy, I though it would be fine to let them choose the topics, and just evaluate their choices. Later, I would go back to a favorite topic or two, such as the role of culture in forming morals, or Laureant's "Sheep/Shepherd" question, which Ingvar was asked when he was a youngin'.
How it worked out: Usually, the interviews were quite varied. I enjoyed them more, since applicants often brought new things to my attention.
I won't discuss your specific interview, since as far as I know, Vorador is still around. I will say that you would have known if things went bad. Ingvar had little problem getting all angry when it was called for. If it seemed one-sided, I apologize... I don't have it logged, and I don't remember all the details.
