What does Nerve really do? I am able to use it multiple times in battle and it (USUALLY) targets a different body part each time. Sometimes, though, it'll hit the same body part twice. My guess is it really just randomly picks a body part...

Question: Are the effects of Nerve cumulative? And if so, how much Strength is being taken away each time? 1? 2? .. depending on skill in it?
