Interesting. I wasn't aware that the Paladin Code was compatible with slaying other Lightwalkers based on race alone. If the beliefs are pure and holy, I'd think you'd leave them be for the most part. Maybe speak with them, and try to discuss differences.... but slaying Elf Healers just for being elves? You have an unusual concept of "Good".
Now, since I mentioned it: Ingvar's problem was with human culture, not humans. He got along rather well with societal outcasts of most sorts, human or other, in line with his rejection of society's ethics and morals. But he walked a line between CN and CE, and professed the faith of a Demon Goddess of Destruction. I think his application to a paladin's guild would have been summarily rejected.
